Happy Friday

Hey all,

Friday is finally here..woohoo. The long week finally comes to an end. I get my DVR hooked up tomorrow yaaa. No more flipping through the channels. I can't wait to sleep in tomorrow until like 11. Compared to my everyday of 550am its gonna be great. Hope everyone has a beautiful weekend!

Ruth's Chris

Hey all,

I took Courtney out to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for her Birthday on Tuesday. She got a Filet MW and I got the NY STRIP, it was fantabulous!!! All in all it was one of the best meals I have EVER eaten. We enjoyed a few cocktails to start, I had a nice Reisling and Court had an apple martini. We started with a Cobb Salad for me, and a ceasar for Court, YUM. We then got our steaks, a nice bold Red Wine, and Court with the other apple martini. We gobbled that down, and its pretty impressive to gobble a 16 oz strip. We also had garlic mash potatoes, Asparagus, and a Sweet Potato Casserole that I could have eaten with a scoop of ice cream on top of it for dessert. We then received some chocolate mousse for dessert and yes we ate it all. It was a great experience at Ruth's Chris. The service was above and beyond my expectations. The food was out of this world. Was it pricey? Yes, was it worth it...Absolutely. If I was a wealthy man I would make that a weekly dinner, but as a poor working soul It might be a once a year special occation. So if you are looking for a romantic spot to take your honey or even just looking for some damn good steak and a glass of wine this is the place to be. I give then a 4 star rating and will definitly return with high expectations.

Pumpkin Patch

Courtney and I are planning our yearly trip to the pumpkin patch to pick out a few nice pumpkins. I'm think i decided to carve only a small pumpkin into a jackolantern, and keep the other whole. I enjoy looking at a whole pumkin, maybe I'll add some majic market drawings on it to make it look Halloweeny. We will venture out in the field and search for a huge pumkin and put it in our wagon. Last year I think we bought like 5 pumpkins, we went overboard. On a side note I just sneezed 8 times in a row and............sldkjaf;n, there's number 9.

I'm going to be getting my DVR hooked up this Saturday so that I may really enjoy the TV to the fullest. Friday can't come soon enough, Payday, Weekend, Relaxation!!!!! Woohoo. To bed I go.

Enterprise Rent-a-Car

Hey all,

I'm sure my readership has dwindled to 0 by now, because of my lack of posting, and for that I apoligize. I have been super busy with starting my job with Enterprise and settling into my apartment in Kirkwood with Courtney. Things have been going pretty well though. Starting a new job is aways a little crazy and full of surprises. I'm taking in loads of information and trying to retain it all and apply it at the same time. I'm just starting to has a confidence in what I'm actually doing at work.

Here is the rundown of what I do daily:
- Take reservations for cars
- Write contracts to put people in cars
- Sell people protection for the cars
- Track down people who don't pay for their rentals
- Constantly perform amazing customer service
- Pick up and Drop of Customer to their homes and Body Shops
- Wash the occational car


Courtney is doing great as well, she's still with Harold's at Frontenac Mall pushing cloths to extreme spenders. Court just got done using up some Vacation days which was much needed. She'll be heading up to Rhode Island is seen her parents new apartment at the end of the month. Georgie is doing well too, he seems to like the apartment life. He enjoys watching the train go by out the window all day long.

I've been working a lot, on average of 60 hours a week, but i'm managing. I am pretty wiped each day when I get home and usually start snoring by 10:30pm each night. Everyone has to start somewhere though, and I figure I can work hard now while I have the energy and the drive. Courtney has been super supportive of my crappy work schedule and I'm so happy that we are living together. I don't think things would be as good if we weren't living with each other. I don't think I could handle not seeing her every night when I get home.

I hope everyone is doing well, I know I've been out of touch for a while and I apoligize for that. My intention is to post each night before bed and make it a routine. I figure if I do that I will be able to stay up an extra ten minutes or so and stimulate my mind a bit (and it gives Court an extra ten minutes of no snoring).

Stuck in Limbo

I have felt that i've been stuck in limbo for the last few days before school starts back up on monday. I just don't know what to do with myself, and i am just plain bored. I don't really have the urge to do anything special, it just wierd. I went to get an oil change today at walmart, by the way i just changed subjects drastically b/c i thought of something to talk about. So i went to walmart and pulled up, and waited a good 5 minutes before one of those trashy type girls came out to get my info. By trashy i mean, the type of girl, with bleach blonde hair as well as black hair mixed in, with tattooed eyebrows, and a stuck in low attitude. Besides that, when i walked into the waiting room, I was immediatley approached by some old man asking, " where is the bathroom," I replied, "uhhh i have no idea sir." What I would have liked to say is "fuck, I don't know, I don't F-ing work here." But i guess my more polite side came out. So anyways thats my excitement for the day.

Summer School

Well, unlike most everyone else I am forced to take 2 summer school classes in order to finish out my career at Mizzou. Classes start on the 11th of June and end August 4th. So only 2 months stands between me and the real world. I'll be continuing my work at the Lobster much to my dismay.

I know I have been lacking on posting lately, and the only answer I have is that I have not felt very creative lately. I don't really have anything too interesting to talk about. I will try to post as I can.
