Passing the blame

I hate people. That statement should be enough and I shouldn't have to explain anything else, but you know what it makes for a boring blog that way. People that pass blame annoy me. If someone messes up and can't take ownership for something and then says its my fault or pushes it off to someone else, that person should be slapped. I've never seen a man slap another man, but you know what if people choose to ask like fools then i just might act on it. What does someone say in that sort of situation. At work we get a phone call saying some up to get a customer at the dealership, and once we get up there the customer has been waiting for about 20 mins, and the first thing that is said to me is, "you're late" how do i react. 1. Slap both people 2. say, "oooook" and start the process 3. or say, "oh well f you, i guess you don't want to be helped then." No one appreciates anything anymore today, if it isn't about them then it just doesn't matter. From the movie Waiting,"I just don't understand what would compel a person to be such a bitch to a total stranger!" That pretty much sums it all up.
