Running

So I had to urge to go for a jog today. While spending about half of the time in a wheezing stammer. 3 miles total. I feel good about myself, but can i really keep it up is the question. I think (know) I need to just reduce my food intake. This means no filler foods, just the good stuff. If I have a salami and cheese sandwich on 2 pieces of bread, i'll just eat the cheese. I'm kidding of course. I think just the quantity of food at one sitting is the issue.

What i'm trying to say is that i need to exercise.

In rare cases I will be cycling through the television vortex and on the 53rd or so cycle i'll hit something that was worth it all. it takes great care and persistence and sometimes it results in a dvd, but on that rare occasion that you hit it big....ohhh man. So i was skimming when i hit one of my favorites... OUTBREAK... a simple story of a monkey, the CDC, and the military, and of course a deadly virus strain. I'm pretty sure i've blogged about Outbreak before...i'm sure if i hit the archives i would find it. i barley remember watching it in college and getting excited about it. anyways this type of movie sucks you in, and forces you to watch it in it entirety hoping the ending will stay strong.

By the end of the movie i was so very tense and jittery, man o man stressful. l preceded to lighten the mood with a classic brain musher Dumb and Dumber. I'm at he part where he is trying the get the "Rhode Island Slut" paper out of the machine and drops his wallet in the machine. unbelievable. "don't you go dyin' on me"

I really wanted a cigar tonight but they closed before i thought to get one. I have old stale one's in the humidor. I don't know why i still hold on to them, they are probably awful. I guess its just filler for the box. I am in a really weird mood tonight . . . maybe another blog later. . .

Movie Time

I watched two movies, one last night and one this morning, Tropic Thunder and Iron Man. I'm pretty Robert Downey JR'ed out. Tropic Thunder was bleh as expected. I can only take so much of Ben Stiller, he has only one character that he plays. I wouldn't watch this film again, and i'm a movie repeater. One name Nick Nolte. The only thing he was ever good is was 48 hours. 27 years later still the same piss poor acting.

Iron Man was good, I was expecting a super flick and I got it. I could watch it again, only in HD, how it should be. RDJ was pretty good. He's a very unlikely super hero but surprisingly it works. He is quite the weird person. I would watch the sequel for sure, and maybe even in theaters.
