So I had to urge to go for a jog today. While spending about half of the time in a wheezing stammer. 3 miles total. I feel good about myself, but can i really keep it up is the question. I think (know) I need to just reduce my food intake. This means no filler foods, just the good stuff. If I have a salami and cheese sandwich on 2 pieces of bread, i'll just eat the cheese. I'm kidding of course. I think just the quantity of food at one sitting is the issue.
What i'm trying to say is that i need to exercise.
